Pattern Digitization
The IMA DigitPen allows traditional paper drafting and pattern alterations to be digitized, DXF format file output for CAD software. I run Adobe Creative Suite programs in-house, and have touched Gerber, FlexPLM, and CLO3D.

Single Needle Drop Feed Sewing Machines
We rely on single needle Bernina 330, 535 and 550 drop feed machines with a wide variety of fabric finishes, thicknesses, and structures to construct your designs
Serger / Overlocker
This multi-faceted machine secures cut edges from fraying and much more. The three-thread and four-thread options allows other finishes like: scalloped, sheer, ‘raw’ edge with cover, and more.
Coverlocker
A coverstitch delivers stretch with knit fabrics, covers raw edges, or can be configured for chainstitch finishing on woven fabrics (popular in denim hems).
Cutting
The Hercules AS100-K electric rotary machine has a cutting height of 5/16”, allowing precise and efficient cutting for samples and garments.
Pattern Projection
A short-throw Epson BrightLink 485Wi 3LCD enables quick turnaround of pattern adjustments to cutting table, and less waste during development and fitting stages.
Dress Form
The Shop Company women’s full-body dress form with collapsible shoulders, removable arms, and Fabulous Fit padding for custom sizing for brand measurements.
